The service team at Quiplines carried out a range of work for the customer. The aim of the project was to replace the rollers on the Roll Grinder ROSKAMP/CHAMPION roller crusher.
Work performed:
Supply of spare parts and components;
Preparation of the premises for rigging work;
Equipment cleaned of dust;
Components (belts, pulleys, guards, seals, etc.) and old rollers dismantled;
Bearings and bearing blocks installed on new rollers;
Two pairs of rollers were assembled
All adjustment work was completed, clearances were set
All components and protective screens were assembled
