Standard test sieves

Gradex® 2000 uses standard round sieves with a diameter of 8″ (200 mm), both full and half height. They are easy to insert and change according to specific test requirements. This allows for the analysis of various materials – from fine powders to coarse glass particles – with maximum accuracy and flexibility.

Automated Sieve Analysis

Gradex® 2000 fully automates the sieve analysis process by utilizing high-precision Mettler Toledo balances for standardized material weighing. The system combines optimized stroke and vibration frequency with automatic sieve brushing, ensuring consistent and repeatable analysis results. This approach eliminates operator-related errors, improves accuracy, and enables faster and more efficient testing procedures.

GRADEX 2000 is a patented, computer-controlled device that fully automates the sieving process. It provides automatic analysis and complete data printing, both in the laboratory and directly in production, enabling statistical process control (SPC) for modern, quality-oriented manufacturers. Full automation of the sieve analysis process with GRADEX 2000 allows for more frequent and timely product control, providing better control over raw material intake, material processing, and finished product quality.
