Materials and Reliability: The equipment is available in stainless steel for maximum hygiene and acid resistance or carbon steel as a cost-effective solution for standard waste processing.
Heating Efficiency: Steam heating of the jacket and the agitator shaft ensures rapid and uniform heating of the raw material, which is critical for complete sterilization. Powerful agitator technology guarantees mass homogeneity and precise control of the sterilization cycle.
Scalability: The model range (from E2000 to E7000) offers a gross volume of up to 27,000 liters and a heating surface from 40 to 80 m2, allowing for the processing of large volumes of animal waste. The unit weight varies from 13,700 to 31,300 kg depending on the required capacity.
These units are universal for rendering plants and animal by-product processing facilities, where they provide full hygienization of carcasses, fats, and slaughterhouse waste.
Multifunctionality: The vessel can function as a sterilizer, dryer, or hydrolyzer (e.g., for feather processing), converting high-risk waste into safe protein and fat components.
Operational Parameters: The system’s capacity ranges from 0.5 to 5.0 tons per hour, depending on the mode. The unit is designed to operate at pressures up to 10 bar and temperatures up to 180°C, which guarantees the destruction of even the most resistant pathogens.
Integration: Thanks to its robust design, the equipment is easily integrated into disposal lines, ensuring high biological safety of the end products.
