The CPM revolving separator is a reliable solution for classifying and screening bulk materials or finished pellets by particle size. The machine uses circular and oscillating sieve motion, ensuring stable separation efficiency: fine particles pass through the screen, while larger ones are separated for reprocessing or disposal.
This separator is particularly suitable for grain processing plants, compound feed production, animal and aqua feed manufacturing, as well as food pellet production – wherever precise particle size classification and removal of dust or fine impurities is required before packaging or further processing.
The separator design features a multi-deck screen system, allowing the input material to be separated simultaneously into four distinct streams: large impurities, large fraction, fine fraction, and powder. Thanks to the specific revolving motion, the material is evenly distributed across the entire screening area, minimizing the loss of fine particles into waste and ensuring high purity of the finished product.
The equipment is equipped with a specialized vibration gauge, allowing for visual monitoring of both horizontal and vertical oscillation amplitudes directly during machine operation. For rapid screen changes or technical inspections, ergonomic clamps with red handles are used, providing secure fixation of housing components and easy access to internal units without the need for complex tools.
This revolving separator is a massive steel unit designed for continuous operation in heavy industrial environments. The machine is driven by a powerful electric motor connected to an eccentric assembly, which creates the necessary inertia for the box’s revolving motion. The separator body is suspended on reinforced steel cables, effectively dampening vibrations and isolating them from the building’s support structure. The discharge system is equipped with flexible sleeves for the hermetic removal of separated fractions, preventing dust in the work area. Thanks to design solutions—such as multiple grid layers, elastic “rubber balls” for screen cleaning, and the suspended structure—the revolving separator guarantees purity, uniformity, and high concentration of the desired fraction while consuming minimal energy and requiring low maintenance.
