The RTX360 utilizes a motor with two weighted shafts and eccentrics to create three-dimensional vibration. Adjusting the lead angle between the weights controls the material’s trajectory, while a specific G-load binds the product to the screen, ensuring maximum screening efficiency.

Lead Angle Settings:

– 0°: Straight trajectory (fast, but less precise).

– 20°: Beginning of a spiraling pattern for better distribution.

– 40°: Optimal mode for most dry materials.

– 60°: Maximum efficiency for wet products and slurries.

– 90–120°: Retention of oversize particles to break up lumps and maximize fine material yield.

Accessible Drive

The design ensures unobstructed access to the vibratory drive for inspection or maintenance. A key advantage is tool-less adjustability: operators can manually change eccentric weight settings. This allows for real-time fine-tuning of vibration intensity and amplitude based on the product’s specific density or moisture.

Customizable Options

This is a modular system fully adaptable to customer needs. You can independently determine the direction and angle of the discharge outlets for convenient fraction removal. It also allows for de-blinding systems (e.g., balls or ultrasound), and the number of decks can be increased for simultaneous separation into multiple fractions.
