A circular vibratory separator is industrial equipment designed for sorting, classifying, and cleaning bulk materials by particle size. It operates on the principle of circular vibration, which distributes the material evenly across the screen while separating fine impurities and unwanted particles from the main product. The use of a circular vibratory separator enhances the quality of the final product, ensures uniform particle fractions, and improves production efficiency in the oil and fat, pharmaceutical, chemical, and other industries. The RTX360 utilizes a motor with two weighted shafts and eccentrics to create three-dimensional vibration. Adjusting the lead angle between the weights controls the material’s trajectory, while a specific G-load binds the product to the screen, ensuring maximum screening efficiency.
Lead Angle Settings:
– 0°: Straight trajectory (fast, but less precise).
– 20°: Beginning of a spiraling pattern for better distribution.
– 40°: Optimal mode for most dry materials.
– 60°: Maximum efficiency for wet products and slurries.
– 90–120°: Retention of oversize particles to break up lumps and maximize fine material yield.
Due to its circular shape and vertical architecture, the RTX360 features an exceptionally small footprint. This is critical for facilities with limited space, allowing installation in narrow aisles or between existing line components. The installation process is simplified, enabling quick commissioning without major plant restructuring.
The design ensures unobstructed access to the vibratory drive for inspection or maintenance. A key advantage is tool-less adjustability: operators can manually change eccentric weight settings. This allows for real-time fine-tuning of vibration intensity and amplitude based on the product’s specific density or moisture.
Instead of standard bolted connections, the model offers an option for quick-release clamp rings. This system allows for frame removal in a single motion, significantly speeding up cleaning or screen changes. This reduces downtime during product changeovers and increases overall production profitability.
This is a modular system fully adaptable to customer needs. You can independently determine the direction and angle of the discharge outlets for convenient fraction removal. It also allows for de-blinding systems (e.g., balls or ultrasound), and the number of decks can be increased for simultaneous separation into multiple fractions.
The RTX360 by Rotex Group is a high-efficiency circular vibratory screener designed for precise grading, dedusting, and filtration of dry bulk materials and slurries. The equipment stands out for its versatility and reliability, ensuring stable operation even in demanding industrial environments. With its modular design and wide range of accessories (covers, magnetic separators, ultrasonic cleaning), the RTX360 is an ideal solution for the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries.
