The Gladiator lump breaker is designed for efficient breaking of agglomerates and compacted materials formed during production, storage, or transportation. The equipment can handle various types of raw materials, from soybean meal to chemical powders.
With the ability to operate across a wide range of speeds and power (from 7.5 to 30 HP), the unit processes particles from several inches down to 100 microns. This allows it to be used for both coarse crushing and fine grinding.
The Gladiator is characterized by a simple and reliable design that ensures high wear resistance and long service life. It is equipped with tapered roller bearings and a gravity discharge system for stable operation. The shaft features a seal with an air purge option, while the direct drive ensures efficient power transmission. The rotors are made of stainless steel, providing increased resistance to wear and aggressive environments.
If required, the equipment can be fitted with stainless steel contact parts, a discharge screen for particle size control, and a jam protection system. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, the lump breaker is easy to maintain and is designed for continuous 24/7 operation.
