Counterflow Cooler
The counterflow cooler features a vertical design where pellets are loaded via an upper distribution mechanism and spread evenly inside the unit. Under the force of gravity, the product gradually moves downward, where it is cooled by an upward counterflow of air supplied from the bottom. This principle enables highly efficient removal of heat and moisture from the pellet surface, ensuring product stability and extended shelf life.
The coolers are equipped with precision product distribution systems, adjustable valves, and discharge mechanisms that guarantee a uniform cooling process and minimize the risk of overheating or uneven heat dissipation. Due to its advanced design, the unit can also perform drying functions. This is achieved through precise regulation of the temperature and volume of the supplied air, allowing the equipment to be used both for final cooling and for the removal of excess moisture.
Counterflow Dryer
The counterflow dryer is a vertical modular structure featuring thermal insulation, air supply and exhaust systems, distribution mechanisms, and discharge valves. Its modular design allows the unit to be adapted for various production capacities and specific products, including animal feed pellets, sunflower seeds, soybeans, rapeseed, and other oilseeds.
The raw material is loaded into the top of the dryer and gradually moves downward through several drying decks under the force of gravity. Simultaneously, hot air is supplied from the bottom and moves in the opposite direction, creating a counterflow to the material. This mode ensures intensive heat exchange and uniform dehydration of feed granules and seeds, preventing product overheating and preserving its nutritional and technological properties.
