A retention mixer for pre-pelletizing processing is a specialized machine designed to provide thorough blending, uniform moisture and temperature distribution, and extended residence time of the feed material before it enters the pellet mill. This type of mixer stabilizes the physical properties of the material, improves homogeneity and structure of the resulting pellets, reduces stress on the Pellet Mill line, and enhances overall process efficiency. It is especially valuable when processing organic, fibrous, and heterogeneous waste materials.
The equipment is fitted with quality bearings for the rotation and support of the main shaft and a gear motor installed directly on the shaft for maximum efficiency. For ease of maintenance and safety, anti-explosion doors are provided, and product discharge occurs through a lower unloading outlet. The CMX mixer range (from 20 to 120) allows for a nominal volume selection between 2,000 and 12,000 liters.

They feature a sturdy frame built with reinforced sheet metal with ribbing on the outer surface.
