The equipment’s reliability is backed by an official two-year warranty on the vibrating motors. These drives, specifically designed for harsh industrial environments, feature low energy consumption and stable high-frequency vibration transmission directly to the screening surface.
Special ports with rubber covers are provided for rapid access to the top deck. This allows personnel to quickly check the screen condition or clear potential blockages without dismantling the main protective covers, significantly accelerating daily operational checks.
The tension rail system ensures precise and uniform screen tensioning across the entire area. Easy tension adjustment is a key factor in effective vibration transmission, preventing screen blinding and significantly extending the service life of the screening media.
