The vertical reboiler provides stable recirculation heating and supports efficient salt removal and maintenance. A thin film evaporator is used for automated removal of salts and MONG (Matter Organic Non-Glycerine) with minimal thermal stress on the product.
This staged evaporation process produces high-quality crude glycerine while optimizing steam and energy consumption.
