Glycerine water evaporation is a key stage in glycerine concentration and the recovery of valuable components following the pretreatment process. In a multi-stage evaporation system, water and residual methanol are progressively removed from the glycerine-containing stream, significantly increasing the glycerine concentration. This configuration ensures high energy efficiency, minimizes product losses, and creates optimal conditions for subsequent glycerine distillation and purification. The evaporated water is returned to the process and reused in the biodiesel wash column, supporting a closed-loop water system and reducing fresh water consumption. The concentrated glycerine stream is then sent to the distillation and bleaching stage for the production of high-purity glycerine.
