Standard test sieves

Gradex® 2000 uses standard round sieves with a diameter of 8″ (200 mm), both full and half height. They are easy to insert and change according to specific test requirements. This allows for the analysis of various materials – from fine powders to coarse particles – with maximum accuracy and flexibility.

Automated Sieve Analysis

Gradex® 2000 fully automates the sieve analysis process by utilizing high-precision Mettler Toledo balances for standardized material weighing. The system combines optimized stroke and vibration frequency with automatic sieve brushing, ensuring consistent and repeatable analysis results. This approach eliminates operator-related errors, improves accuracy, and enables faster and more efficient testing procedures.
