The drum-type conditioner is a reliable piece of equipment for oilseed preparation, combining the functions of heating, drying, and intensive mixing of raw material. It is designed to ensure stable conditioning quality before pressing and uniform treatment of the material, even at high throughput rates. Thanks to its well-engineered construction, the conditioner effectively combines energy efficiency, durability, and continuous operation capability.
The drum-type conditioner is a horizontal cylinder with a double jacket, where indirect heating of the raw material is carried out by means of saturated steam. Inside, a mixing shaft provides intensive agitation of the material and its uniform thermal treatment. This design ensures efficient moisture removal, resulting in deep drying and stable preparation of seeds for subsequent pressing.
The equipment is available in two size ranges (by diameter and length) and can be assembled into multi-chamber systems to increase capacity. It is ideally suited both for full-scale production lines and for preliminary pressing stages.
HF drum conditioners are characterized by their flexible configuration, allowing them to be adapted to specific production needs:
Modularity and stacking: Drum conditioners have a modular design. Drums of the same size can be stacked on top of each other (double or triple). The model range includes two main types:
– Diameter 1.25 m and length 7.5 m.
– Diameter 2.0 m and length 9.0 m.
Scope of application: With a capacity of approximately 100 tons per drum, they are an ideal choice for full-pressing plants and smaller pre-pressing lines.
