After pelleting, the cooling and final drying process of hot pellets makes them durable, removes residual moisture, and prevents condensation in packaging, which is critical for long-term storage and product transportation.
The Multiple Conveyor Dryer Cooler is an integrated system consisting of several belts (decks) arranged one above the other. As the biomass transfers from the upper belt to the lower one, it flips over, ensuring uniform moisture evaporation from all sides. The upper decks operate in high-temperature zones for intensive drying, while the lower deck provides cool air to stabilize the product. This process yields raw material ready for pelleting with an ideal moisture content.

The Carousel Dryer is unique due to the circular motion of the product, which guarantees identical drying conditions for every particle. The product is fed onto rotating decks where it is uniformly blown with air. This is the optimal solution for specific biomass types prone to clumping, such as fruit pomace, spent brewer’s grain, or fine wood chips. The carousel design occupies less floor space compared to long conveyor dryers while providing the same retention time.
The Horizontal Conveyor Dryer provides a gentle, single-stage drying process on one long belt. Because the product does not transfer between levels, it is not subjected to mechanical friction. This is ideal for fragile agro-biomass (straw, miscanthus, corn stalks), where preserving the integrity of the fraction and avoiding excess dust formation is critical. It allows for highly precise adjustments of belt speed and airflow intensity across different sections of the dryer.
The Truck Dryer is a conveyor drying system where the name “Truck” signifies its power and large dimensions—a true “workhorse” for industrial volumes. It is designed to handle heavy, wet raw materials such as fresh wood chips or peat. The system is equipped with reinforced conveyor belts and powerful fans capable of pushing hot air through a thick layer of product. This equipment is frequently utilized at large-scale fuel pellet plants to prepare the bulk of the raw material.
