Drying system for evaporating water from slaughter waste is an efficient solution designed for uniform and intensive drying of wet and difficult-to-process materials. Thanks to indirect heating and a specially designed rotor with hollow discs, the unit ensures stable and homogeneous moisture removal, even from sticky and challenging products.

Heating Technology: Indirect heating and a specialized rotor arrangement guarantee uniform drying. The hollow disc agitator and the discs themselves are steam-heated, ensuring high-efficiency water evaporation.
Operating Parameters and Dimensions: The equipment operates under pressures of 6–10 bar. The model range includes units with drive power from 75 kW to 132 kW and lengths up to 8,975 mm. The heating surface area ranges from 100 to 400 m2.
Reliability: The housing can be manufactured from either stainless or carbon steel. The units are certified according to international safety standards for pressure equipment, such as PED 2014/68/EU and DIN EN 13445.
These dryers are characterized by high versatility and suitability for processing a wide variety of complex raw materials.
Material Variety: The units effectively process slaughterhouse offal, animal carcasses, municipal and industrial sludge, rape (canola) seed, corn gluten, and more.
