Thanks to its pressurized horizontal design, the unit functions not only as a sterilizer but also as a conditioner or hydrolyzer, ensuring the elimination of pathogens like Salmonella and improving overall feed digestibility.

Materials and Reliability: The equipment is available in stainless steel for maximum hygiene or carbon steel as a cost-effective solution.
Heating Efficiency: Steam heating of the jacket and the agitator shaft ensures rapid and uniform heating of the material. Powerful agitator technology guarantees mass homogeneity and precise process control.
Scalability: The model range (from E2000 to E7000) offers a gross volume of up to 27,000 liters and a heating surface from 40 to 80 m2. The weight of the units varies from 13,700 to 31,300 kg depending on the capacity.
These devices are universal for the food, chemical, and feed production industries, where they provide full hygienization of animal fats and by-products. The vessel can function as a sterilizer, dryer, or hydrolyzer for feathers, creating a safe protein base for feed mixtures. The system’s capacity varies from 0.5 to 5.0 tons per hour depending on the processing mode and is designed to operate at pressures up to 10 bar and temperatures up to 180°C. Thanks to its compact design, the equipment is easily integrated into processing lines, guaranteeing high biological safety of the final product.
