Glycerine Purification

Following the evaporation stage, the concentrated glycerine stream is sent to distillation and bleaching to produce a high-purity final product. During distillation, residual impurities, water, methanol, and other volatile components are removed, resulting in a highly concentrated glycerine product. Subsequent bleaching eliminates color bodies and remaining organic compounds, improving product quality and stability. JJ-Lurgi technology ensures efficient glycerine purification and enables the production of material that meets the stringent requirements of the oleochemical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
