The EMF series is specifically designed for fine grinding, bridging the gap between traditional hammermills and pulverizers. EMF achieves a fine particle size in the range of approximately 150–420 µm, depending on the material and application, making it ideal for high-quality feed production, including aquaculture pellets, fish feed, animal feed, fibrous flour, and food-grade powders. The series features high peripheral rotor speeds and easily replaceable wear parts, ensuring consistently fine grinding with relatively low maintenance costs.

The ER series is intended for oily, fatty, sticky, and difficult-to-flow materials that are harder to feed and grind in standard hammermills. With a robust industrial design and a wide range of available motor sizes (from small to large units), ER hammermills efficiently process a variety of products: from feed and oilseeds to fibrous materials. Key benefits include replaceable wear components, low maintenance requirements, and high operational reliability.
