The Roskamp HDHC dryer-cooler is designed for efficient heat treatment of a wide variety of products, including pellets, flour, extruded products, and oil cake. Thanks to its heavy-duty horizontal design, the equipment ensures reliable and stable operation even in the most challenging production conditions. The modular system allows the machine to be used not only as a dryer or cooler, but also to be flexibly adapted to the specific needs of the enterprise through various loading options, heat exchangers, and air extraction.
The moving bed is designed with solid steel, interlocking pans, allowing for better and more consistent air flow. Unlike perforated screens, our trays don’t halt production for frequent cleaning to prevent clogs. The HDHC’s configuration drives higher efficiency, more reliable results, and less material waste.
Steam coils exchangers can handle a wide range of materials, providing additional heat for more demanding drying conditions. Optional connections for steam heat exchangers are provided at the top level, ensuring process stability and repeatability of results.
