The rotary conditioner has a horizontal design with a centralized tube bundle for steam supply, ensuring efficient and uniform heating of the material. Individual heating tubes are fixed over the entire length of the conditioner, providing uniform thermal treatment of the seeds during rotation. The rotation of the drum along with the tubes guarantees homogeneous drying and rapid discharge of vapors, increasing the energy efficiency of the unit. Immediate discharge of vapors ensures maximum moisture removal efficiency and high-quality preparation of the seed’s cellular structure.

High productivity: the 3.0 m diameter model is designed for capacities from 1,000 tons, while the 3.5 m model provides maximum efficiency for production needs up to 2,500 tons per day.
