03.06 – 04.06.2020 Repair services were provided for the HF, manufactured in 2010.
1. During a visual inspection, it was determined that thorough cleaning of the sieve chamber (Cage bar, sieve half-shell joints, scrapers, etc.) was necessary.
2. After cleaning the equipment, in accordance with the technical documentation, the correctness of the set of Cage bars and the gaps between them was checked.
3. Work was carried out on assembling the press.
4. The tension of the V-belts was checked using the indicator (device).
5. The equipment was started up.
03.11 – 05.11.2020 Repair services were provided for the screw press, manufactured in 2010.
1. Replacement of screws on the press shaft
2. Replacement of cage bars
3. Replacement of stuffing box gland on the press shaft
4. Assembly of cages
5. Start-up of the press with its operation at rated capacity.
