Sidewall Belt Conveyors are designed for horizontal, inclined, or vertical transportation of materials where product retention (to prevent spillage) is important. With built-in sidewalls and cleats, the conveyor can operate at an incline of up to 80°, ensuring loss-free lifting or lowering. The design options include open or enclosed (dust-protected or sealed) housing, drive systems with adaptable tensioning, and replaceable pulley coatings. Belt widths go up to 1200 mm, conveying capacities up to 280 tons/hour (or 280 m³/hour), depending on the material.
