The CPM 900–999 Series Roller Mill is purpose-built for crushing malt and grain-based raw materials prior to brewing, mashing or extraction processes. Equipped with high-quality rollers and an adjustable gap mechanism, the mill delivers uniform grinding without damaging the grain husks – enhancing extract yield and process efficiency. Its robust build, easy setup, and consistent throughput make it an ideal choice for malt houses, breweries, or grain-processing facilities.
The Series 900/999 Roller Mill features heavy-duty chilled cast iron rolls and alloy steel shafts, guaranteeing long life and consistent performance. The rugged 3/8″ steel housing ensures reliable operations in demanding industrial environments.
The system allows for either automated or manual roll gap adjustment and feed gate control. Separate inter-roll drives provide positive control of differential speeds for optimal grinding.
