Disinfection efficiency in the CPM system is rooted in strict adherence to the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principle. This ensures that every feed particle moves uniformly through the chamber without the risk of bypass or insufficient treatment. The equipment’s low-profile design allows for seamless integration into existing production lines, even where space is limited, while the fully insulated housing reliably prevents heat loss to maintain a stable thermal environment. The internal configuration features adjustable paddles, which, combined with an integrated housing heat system, ensure ideal raw material retention while preserving the bioavailability of essential nutrients.
To optimize the transition from thermal treatment to the pelleting stage, the system can be expanded with a specialized Press Feeder screw assembly. This solution ensures a positive, consistent flow of hot, conditioned mash directly into the pellet mill, powered by a robust 3.0 horsepower (2.2 kilowatt) gear drive. Equipped with a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), it allows operators to precisely modulate the feed rate, ensuring perfect synchronization between the material flow and the pellet press. The feeder is constructed from stainless steel and features specialized insulation to prevent temperature loss, ensuring maximum throughput and maintaining the highest level of hygiene at the system’s discharge point.
