The diameter of the briquettes produced ranges from 50 mm to 120 mm, and the presses’ production capacity varies from 180 to 3000 kg/h, depending on the model.
BRIK series presses operate on the principle of mechanical compression under extremely high pressure — over 2000–2500 kg/cm². This level of compression ensures the production of dense, strong, and high-quality briquettes without the use of glue or other binding additives. Briquettes can be round, round with a hole, or square in shape, and their length can be adjusted according to packaging and transportation requirements. A high volume reduction ratio significantly optimizes logistics costs and efficiently transforms waste into a valuable resource.
BRIK mechanical briquetting presses combine high productivity with low energy consumption, ensuring an optimal output per kW ratio.
