ILCHMANN Belt Sectional Pocket Elevators provide gentle and economical vertical transport of bulk materials, which is critical for the oil and fat industry. Thanks to the special pocket design, this equipment efficiently handles sunflower and soybean hulls, cake, meal, compound feed pellets, as well as hot (up to 500 °C) or coarse materials (fractions up to 400 mm).
The main feature of the pocket design is the absence of mechanical product scooping.
– Filling Principle: Pockets are filled exclusively by gravity, which eliminates damage to fragile or sensitive materials.
– Structural Integrity: This approach minimizes the fragmentation of raw materials and significantly reduces dust emission during operation.
– Handling Difficult Loads: Rubber pockets allow for the successful transport of even sticky or abrasive products that typically cause issues in standard bucket elevators.
