Rotex Group Gyratory-Reciprocating Motion

The circular motion at the inlet evenly distributes the material across the entire width of the screen surface, initiating particle size separation. In the center of the machine, the motion becomes elliptical, allowing the material to move forward with high throughput. At the discharge end, the motion changes to a reciprocating pattern that removes near-size particles and improves overall screening efficiency.

Side Access Doors

The screener is equipped with convenient side access doors that provide independent access to each screen deck. This allows operators to quickly perform inspections, cleaning, or maintenance on individual decks without the need to fully dismantle the equipment. Such a design significantly simplifies machine operation and reduces downtime during both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. It also improves operator safety by providing ergonomic and convenient access to internal components.

Toolless Cams

A special cam-based fastening system allows quick replacement of screen panels without the use of tools. This significantly speeds up maintenance procedures and reduces labor requirements. The system is designed according to the Poka-Yoke principle, preventing incorrect installation and minimizing human error during assembly. As a result, screens are always properly secured, the risk of damage is reduced, and the service life of screening components is extended.
