CPM’s lineator is a remote controlled roller adjustment system. The compact lineator ensures an operator-safe, precise and quick roller adjustment during pellet mill operation. The Lineator is reducing your operating cost by decreasing valuable production down-time. With the lineator, there is no need to stop the pelleting line for most roller adjustments and down-time is minimized at pellet mill inspections. The operator can easily and safely adjust the rollers via a control panel without opening the pellet mill door.

The roll speed measurement system (RSM), measures from each roll the rotation speed and provide with this information valuable process data. The process controller can react when the roll speed is getting to low to avoid choking of the pellet mill and avoid in this way possible fire in the pellet chamber. The pelleting process can be optimized with RSM as the roll speed is influenced by the condition temperature, pelleting capacity and the distance between roll and die. With RSM these parameters can be easily optimized by the operator to optimize the pellet quality and reduce the operating cost.

doubt, CPM direct drives offer reliability and low maintenance not found with other types of drives. The CPM pellet mill “gear box concept” makes the machine exceptionally efficient and compact. The installed motor can conduct its energy directly to the installed rollers and die. The CPM gearbox concept also allows the installation of commonly available high efficiency motors with high power ratings.
