Semi-continuous deodorization

Continuous deodorization
Provides a constant product flow through the system with stable process parameters. Ensures high productivity, energy efficiency, and consistent oil quality.
Batch (cyclic) deodorization
Involves processing individual batches according to defined technological cycles. Offers maximum process control and is suitable for specialty products and variable raw materials.

As a result, all oil particles undergo identical treatment stages, benefiting from balanced residence times in the heating, sparging, and deodorisation zones.
